A classic saying goes, "what you can do today you can put off until tomorrow and you'll have the next day off". We at RayService follow the motto "what you can do with a robot, do it and you have more than one free hand". Thanks to the great work of everyone involved in the Aiviro project, the robot is now saving us work in sales, purchasing and the economic department. Our first robot, Aiviro, is already looking forward to more interesting challenges and is looking forward to the arrival of his new colleague and friend.

Processing Incoming Invoices at Ray Service
Before implementing Aiviro, invoices were processed manually, which led to delays during employee absences or spikes in document volume. The process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors.
After Aiviro Implementation
The Robot now ensures continuous invoice processing for Ray Service and its two subsidiaries, handling over 2,000 invoices per month. Of these, 50% are fully automated without human intervention, and the remaining documents are processed with 91% accuracy.
Despite an 80% increase in incoming invoices and a 170% increase in outgoing invoices over the past two years, the number of back-office employees grew by just 33%. Aiviro enables efficient scaling and allows the client to grow without increasing personnel costs.
