How Yusen Logistics Deployed a Digital Colleague in Customs Operations

Yusen Logistics is an international logistics company that, among other services, focuses on customs operations in the Czech Republic. As part of their digitalization strategy, they were looking for a way to streamline routine administrative tasks and chose to automate them with Aiviro.

As part of our digital transformation and process optimization efforts, we successfully implemented our first RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI project in the area of administration and customs clearance.

 

The goal was to automate routine and repetitive tasks, reduce error rates, and free up capacity for higher-value activities. The result is a functional solution based on Aiviro’s RPA technology, which simulates the work of a “digital colleague” – it reads emails, processes attachments, transfers data into systems, and assists with customs clearance.
