Heluz and Aiviro: Automation That Saves Time and Reduces Workload

HELUZ Brick Industry a.s. has a long history dating back to 1876. Today, it is a multinational group operating in various sectors—from construction systems and wood production to a creative agency and sports facilities.

At HELUZ, they strive to continuously innovate and streamline processes, which led them to choose automation with Aiviro.

"I work as an information systems manager, and besides regular IT tasks, I am involved in development projects," describes Petr Ludvík, who personally automates routine tasks using the Aiviro application.

 

Automation Without Programming

HELUZ started automating with the Aiviro application in early November 2024. Today, Aiviro handles 11 routine tasks, with more in preparation.

"We independently completed full automation in EDI communication, notifications of new orders, and tasks. In cooperation with Aiviro integrators, we extract data from incoming invoices, which supports further automation of the financial agenda," explains Mr. Ludvík.

In the future, HELUZ plans to focus with Aiviro on automating more processes in accounting, administration, and customer service. "A big challenge for us is also automating the processing of technical drawings, which could significantly save time."

 

How Difficult Is It to Learn Aiviro?

"It took me about six weeks to learn the Aiviro application. After this period, the basics of several initial scenarios were completed. Processing a simpler task takes me on average one day, including basic testing. For more complex tasks, it depends on their scope," Petr Ludvík shares his experience.

 

 

How Much Time Does Aiviro Save?

The biggest benefit of automation with Aiviro is time savings and reduced personnel workload. The robot works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which already means a saving of at least one full-time position for HELUZ.

"In the future, Aiviro may handle a workload equivalent to several full-time positions, saving the company the difficult task of finding new quality employees."

Thanks to Aiviro, HELUZ employees no longer have to spend hours on routine administrative tasks and can focus more on strategic and development activities that have much higher added value for the company.
