Czech Television is one of the most important media institutions in the country. Its daily operations are supported by enormous volumes of supplier contracts, licences and operational purchases. This places extreme demands on the finance and accounting department.

Challenge: Administrative drudgery and strict internal systems

Every month, accounting staff had to deal with thousands of incoming invoices that needed to be visually checked, sorted and manually entered into a robust internal accounting system (Helios, SAP).
